BACKGROUND + DEGREE
Jess has already earned a Mater's Degree (RN-MS), Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) and Obstetric and Neonatal Quality and Safety Certification (C-ONQS). Talk about alphabet soup! She currently works as a labor & delivery and population health nurse, and is also a future women’s health nurse practitioner.

Jess entered healthcare to help close gaps in health equity and social determinants of health in underserved populations, especially African American women in the prenatal, antenatal, and postpartum periods.

When Jess isn't working, you can find her designing pins (which you can find HERE!), reading, drinking wine, and practicing her British accent while watching Bridgerton. One day she hopes to start a double Dutch club that incorporates women’s health topics to teenage girls and young women of reproductive age.
